Don’t Change One Thing


What a year. I’ve heard from so many of you who are frustrated, disheartened, angry or just “over it” about all the uncertainty in the world this month. This year! I hear you. It can be so hard to feel that way, and I’m really sorry for the struggles.

I’m here with two short messages for you.

  1. Take care of you! Please, if you can, use the next few days to do something that soothes or feeds your soul. You don’t just deserve it, you need it.
  2. Find something to NOT change this New Year. 

We’re all about the New Year’s resolutions and, in general, I’m a big fan of taking time to assess your needs and goals, but this year I’d like to encourage you to look at that whole idea a little differently.
