Hi!
What a year. I’ve heard from so many of you who are frustrated, disheartened, angry or just “over it” about all the uncertainty in the world this month. This year! I hear you. It can be so hard to feel that way, and I’m really sorry for the struggles.
I’m here with two short messages for you.
- Take care of you! Please, if you can, use the next few days to do something that soothes or feeds your soul. You don’t just deserve it, you need it.
- Find something to NOT change this New Year.
We’re all about the New Year’s resolutions and, in general, I’m a big fan of taking time to assess your needs and goals, but this year I’d like to encourage you to look at that whole idea a little differently.
