Hi!
This week I’m here thinking about somethings we both, you and I, already knew. But I recently remembered these, or maybe just thought of them in the right order.
1. Courage isn’t the absence of fear.
2. To get what we want we have to know what it is we want.
3. When we have a true purpose we’re willing to overcome a lot to reach it.
You knew each of those things, right?
This week I’m lucky enough to be teaching and learning with a hundred women on a journey through Israel. They also know each of those three things we just talked about, and together we searched for the answer to one question: “How?”
How do we handle the fear, figure out what we want, identify our purpose?
For that, we have to each look inward. You are an expert in you… and it takes courage to look for those answers. You deserve to know what matters most to you. And you can have the absolute easiest (not easy), most uplifting path to your best life if you’re willing to search for your purpose. Why? Your purpose is so important to you that you will navigate whatever it takes to reach it.
Courage isn’t the absence of fear, it’s the presence of something more important to you than the fear.
Here’s my question to you: What’s a change in your life right now that is requiring your courage to navigate?
OK. Now what is your purpose in that change?
Comment and tell me, I’d really like to know.
All my best,
Dr. G
