I asked a question last week and WOW did you people deliver! I got amazing 3- and 5-priority lists, some with stories and situations and clarifications and some just-the-list. I’m so impressed by all of you who took the time to do that, and appreciative of everyone who chose to include me by sending it along.
Now why did we make that list?
So you can have the life you want!
A patient asked me recently “What’s the point of even being resilient?” And I thought it was an excellent question. I thought about it deeply and realized it’s not only about feeling less winded when hard things happen, or even navigating change more smoothly – though both of those make life easier and do happen when you’re more resilient.
The point is to get the life you want.
That list is step one, here is step two. There are two different ways you could use that list right now, today, to get the life you want. I hope you’ll check out thevideo and then answer:
