That’s right. Taking a break:

  • increases your longevity and improves your heart health
  • helps you get better sleep
  • doubles your chances of getting a promotion
  • increases the likelihood that your team will take vacations (which doubles or triples retention) 
  • improves family relationships
  • sharpens focus and heightens productivity
