It’s May. That’s right, this too-many-things-crammed-into-too-few-days, when-will-the-weather-settle-down month is one my very favorites, because this month is… Mental Health Awareness Month!
That means this month I get to shout about how important mental health is, come up with creative ways to get eyes on this topic and badger folks about it relentlessly (as if I don’t already) because nothing says “Pay attention to your mental health” like nagging. Kidding.
I’m off to a good start.
- I answered “What is Mental Health Awareness FOR?” Here on tiktok and here on Instagram.
- This morning I got to teach people to GIG their stress on our CBS morning show
- And today I planned out a very cool collaboration to help people organize some portion of their home at the same time that they remodel their stress, launching in two weeks. You can bet I’ll be letting you know about that again when it’s closer
And that was all before lunchtime on Tuesday. Can you even IMAGINE what else I’ll do? I can’t.
